# Worklayer

> Worklayer is the agentic HR platform: HR records, time off, attendance, payroll preparation, expenses and documents in one place, with AI agents that do the HR work themselves, within the permissions an admin grants.

Worklayer is free HR software for companies of up to 3 employees, with every module, and one price per employee above that.

Worklayer, Inc. (Delaware, USA) publishes two plans. Free: €0 for companies of up to 3 employees, with everything in Worklayer One and no credit card; it is a free plan, not a trial, and Worklayer may change or discontinue it with at least 90 days' notice. Worklayer One: €10 (US $12, UK £9) per employee/month, billed annually, with every module, every integration and unlimited AI usage (no credits, no caps, subject to fair use). Self-serve, for businesses only; there is no free trial, the free plan replaces it. Prices exclude VAT.

Agents run on a schedule or the moment something happens (a new hire, an approved time-off request). Each agent starts with no permissions; admins grant what it may do, and a run that needs more stops and asks an admin. Every run is logged step by step.
