Receipts for ordinary expenses, mileage and per diems, all in one place. Mileage and per diem rates are set per policy or legal entity, so each team claims at the rates that apply to it.
Every claim is checked against its policy and rates when it comes in. Claims within policy go to the approver; an exception, such as a meal over the limit, reaches a reviewer with the policy next to it. Expense approvals
Approved expenses go into the next payroll snapshot in preliminary payroll. Your team reviews that snapshot and exports it to your payroll provider, who pays them out with the salary. Nothing moves before it is approved. Preliminary payroll
